Award-Winning Service
In 2025, My Pets Rural was recognised nationally as Member of the Year at the AIRR Tucker Conference. Competing against much larger city stores, this award was a proud achievement that highlighted the loyalty of staff and the dedication of Ross and his team.
Despite the recognition, Ross chose not to attend the ceremony due to local floods — staying in Ayr to serve the community instead. Customers later told him, “No wonder you’ve won it, because you could have gone to the awards, but you stayed for your shop.”
